Spring has arrived and summer is just days away. So I took out my Lalavesi Akma Cushion S.S. Natural! It was part of my Korean make up purchase back in January. I already reviewed the Lalavesi Akama Cushion F.W. Classic 2016 here.
I have been using Lalavesi Akma Cushion S.S. Natural in Y6 for 2 weeks now and I love the finish it gives me!
I started with a great plan, but bad cards were in my hand no matter how I played them. I reserved a few months in advance for a dinner cruise at Bateau-Mouche. They operate around May till October. Just in time to celebrate my anniversary with Mr.Butter. How romantic right? Enjoying the nice water of the St-Lawrence river on a boat.
The boarding time was at 6:30pm and the boat would depart at 7pm. I told Mr.Butter to pick me up at 5pm, so we would have enough time to stroll around Old Port and eventually walk all the way to the Jacques Cartier Quai, where we would take the boat. Surprise!
That was how the plan was suppose to unfold, but things went out of my control. Thankfully, Bateau-Mouche saved the day at the end.
A while back, when someone asked me where was the best ramen in Montreal, I would remained silent. Nothing came to my mind other than Vancouver options. If someone would ask the same question today, I would immediately respond “Kinton”.

Lincoln Apartment Bakery (psst – I attended to their macaron class and Jessica McGovern is talented baker and a super sweet girl) is hosting an event to showcase Montreal’s bakers, both amateurs and semi-pros, competing for the title of “Montreal’s Best Baker”. Hey I just came back from a coastal city in Italy – just kidding. But that was how I felt when I was dining at MKT. My mood lifted and quickly changed to vacation mode. So I want to thank you MKT for bringing this wonderful experience.
