With new developments in the sub urban area, more and more big franchise restaurants are taking up the commercial areas. Back in the days, small towns have commerce and residence all mismatched on the same street. Biking around with my group of friends a few years ago, we came across a restaurant situated on a purely residential area.  Recently that restaurant came to my mind and I was wondering if it was still alive there. Nos Thes – The name that sounds Italian

Whenever someone says “Nos Thes”, it is bound that someone mistakes it as an Italian.

Nos thes first started on St-Mathieu, where it was known to brew their own tea for bubble tea. Fast forward, now there are a few locations of Nos Thes and they serve food as well, specialising on Taiwanese food. Being a big fan of homemade noodles, I couldn’t wait to try their homemade noodle.
