We cannot leave Richmond without trying Chinese dessert. What’s better than “Tofu Fa”, translated literally to tofu flower. It is a soft tofu in the form of dessert.

Excellent Tofu & Snack is renown in the area for their made in house tofu fa. Just let me taste how much love was put in these silky tofu!

Simple. Just choose the topping you want to go with your tofu fa. For someone like me that desires so many things, choosing a topping ends up a difficult task. I ended up with red beans, while my sis had grass jelly and my mom had black sesame.

We ate silently, focused on every bits of sensation.

In all sincerity, the tofu fa was very smooth, but I was not taken aback. I couldn’t pinpoint what was missing. My family thought the same too.

Overall, it was good, especially for someone who loves tofu fa.
