Before I go over the pho, check these out these imperial rolls!
These imperial rolls are deep fried unlike what I had ever seen in my life. The fillings were maximized. Apparently, they are called the best imperial rolls in town, but I have to disagree. They are heavy and not quite the imperial rolls I am used to.
This pho bu hue is usually served with round noodles. I am actually quite happy that they also serve it with flat noodles because I like the flat ones better than the round ones. Sadly, the pho bu hue is not spicy. I have to add 2 chili peppers to spice it up. The soup is not rich either. All in all, a very mediocre noodle soup.
My brother-in-law is a chicken lover. So when he claimed this place is better than Montreal’s, he obviously biased by their chicken served with pho. I personally like my pho with very rare slices of beef, that gets cooked by the boiling soup. Each of their own.
Yes, finally! I went to visit my cousin, which means Benny poutine time! So why...
