Pandore: Flash, light, camera

Pandore: Flash, light, camera

How long has it been since the last I felt like a VIP?

Walking on a red carpet, taking a spacious elevator, entering into a dimly lighted room decorated lavishly, looking over the the skyline of the city on the terrace above ground level and listening to live performance.

In these exact steps, I felt like a VIP at Pandore.

Situated at Quarter des Spectacles, just before the Gay Village, it is almost impossible to spot this hidden gem. The restaurant is actually located on top of the building and the entrance is on the side of the building. The only way to spot it is the red carpet where the waiting line is.

A waiting line? Yes, I heard it does become crowded sometimes, so a reservation is preferable. Let me explain before you leave disinterested thinking it is some supper club. Yes, it does become a supper club at 11, I believe, but the crowd is young professional (not early professionals) between 28-35. The music is great and the food is beyond words.

I certainly didn’t believe such a place could serve gastronomic food, but I was quickly proved wrong. Flabbergasted.

There was no dish on that evening that left me indifferent. Everything was deliciously cooked, no flaw at all.

Reserve and let the magic of Pandore unfold for you…
