Jessica from The Lincoln Apartment generously offered to transfer her macaron secrets! How can I refuse that? If I say no to macaron, I wouldn’t be me anymore. So I happily went to the Jessica’s workshop with my partner in crime, also known as the partner-with-whom-I-tried-to-bake-macaron-but-failed-miserably. It is time to conquer macaron!
First thing I noticed during the baking class was how dynamic and fun Jessica is! She was more than happy to answer our questions. She was very flexible and was open to share her knowledge. I didn’t feel intimidated, and was actually very comfortable.
My friend and I had so much fun. Not only is this activity good to bond with your friends, I actually think it’s a great idea for birthday parties, or even bachelorette parties! With the newly learned recipe, you can bake goods and give them as gifts! Killing two birds with one stone.
