I got the perfect dessert for this hot summer! Halo Halo! Yes, it doesn’t only sound like an off accent hello hello, it is a name of a Filipino dessert!

My favorite ingredients for Halo Halo is lots of red bean, lots of red/green/yellow bean jelly stuff, jackfruits, coconut jelly, and purple yam!! I find that if the Halo Halo is topped with ice cream, it becomes way too sweet as the other jellies are sweet enough already!
